Press Operator- Flexographic 2nd and 3rd Shift available

Due to the retirement of 2 long term employees-that's right, our employees are loyal and many of them have shared 10+ years with the organization, SATO-Romeoville facility is hiring for a 2nd Shift and a 3rd Shift Press Operator with flexographic experience.

Selected candidates will be responsible for performing complex printing jobs on a flexographic printing press to produce high quality documents in a safe manner. Responsibilities will include:
Make-ready for each job
working from copy card specs,
changing plates and dies,
matching inks,
inspecting own work and
performing routine machine maintenance such as lubricating and replacing minor parts.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Minimum 3-5 years experience operating flexographic printing press performing complex jobs using a variety of paper stock, colors and registrations, die cutting, fan folding and turrets.
Mechanical ability, ability to lift 50lbs regularly and over 50 lbs with equipment.
Read, write and communicate in English.
Strong basic math skills and visual color comprehension.
Wide Web experience and Hot Melt a plus.
